These Terms & Conditions govern the use of rampsidedetailing.com and aircraft detailing services provided by Rampside Aircraft Detailing. By requesting or authorizing services, you agree to these terms.

Services and Estimates

Rampside provides aircraft detailing, cleaning, restoration, and protection services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided, including aircraft type, requested services, location, and apparent condition. If additional work is recommended or the scope materially changes, we will communicate with you before proceeding with additional billable work.

Scheduling and Airport Access

Service dates and times are subject to aircraft availability, airport access, weather, ramp conditions, airport operations, and other circumstances outside our control. Scheduling changes may occasionally be necessary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Rampside is authorized to access and service the aircraft at the requested location and for providing any access information reasonably necessary to perform the work.

Customer Authorization

By requesting service, you represent that you own the aircraft or have authority from the owner or operator to authorize the requested work.

Please inform us before service of any known defects, damaged areas, delicate surfaces, recently repaired or refinished areas, specialized coatings, or other conditions requiring special handling.

Aircraft Condition

Rampside uses aircraft-appropriate products, equipment, and processes and takes reasonable precautions while performing services. Pre-existing defects, deterioration, loose components, failing finishes, damaged seals, corrosion, weakened materials, previous repairs, or other existing conditions may become more apparent during cleaning or detailing.

We may photograph the aircraft before, during, or after service for condition documentation and quality-control purposes. Aircraft or customer-identifying images will not be used for marketing without separate permission.

Safety

Aircraft protection, ramp safety, airport requirements, and safe working conditions take priority over completing a service on a particular schedule. Rampside may stop, postpone, or modify work when conditions are unsafe or when continuing could create an unreasonable risk to the aircraft, personnel, or surrounding property.

Payment

Payment is due according to the estimate, invoice, or other payment terms agreed upon for the service. Additional authorized work may result in additional charges.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that aircraft schedules change. Customers should notify Rampside as soon as possible when a service needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Any cancellation fee or deposit requirement will be disclosed before it applies.

Service Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with completed work, please contact us promptly so we can inspect the aircraft and have a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.

Limitation of Website Information
